Directions for Nortique Malton
Nortique is in the Market Place in the town centre of Malton. There is plenty of parking available in the Market Place area. .
Below are directions to guide you on the last part of your journey from York, Pickering and Harrogate. You can quickly jump to the right directions for you from the menu and the right.
Coming in from York.
Get onto the A64 at York and take the road north east for about 13 miles
Take the slip road off to the left sign posted to Malton and B1248
Coming into Malton on the B1248 York Road take a left into Market Street
Market Street leads into the Market Place where you will find us. There is parking in the Market Place area.
Coming in from Pickering.
From the A170 get onto the A169 going south. This will be signposted to Malton and is about 8 miles.
Go past the A64 and follow the signs in Malton Town Centre on the B1257 – Town Street
Town Street turns into Old Malton Road . Getting towards the centre there will be a road on the right called Wheelgate. Take this road then the first left and you will come into the Market Place where you will find us. There is parking in the Market Place area.
Coming in from Harrogate.
From Harrogate head towards the A1 / York on the A59. Getting towards York take the A1237 (ring road) clockwise and pickup the A64 north east. After about 13 miles take the slip road off to the left sign posted to Malton and B1248
Coming into Malton on the B1248 York Road take a left into Market Street
Market Street leads into the Market Place where you will find us. There is parking in the Market Place area.
Directions for Nortique Halesworth
Nortique is at 58 Thoroughfare which is the pedestrianised shopping centre of Halesworth. There is plenty of parking available in the shopping centre.
Below are directions to guide you on the last part of your journey from Southwold, Norwich, Ipswich and Lowestoft. You can quickly jump to the right directions for you from the menu and the right.
Coming in from Southwold.
From Southwold get onto the A1095 and follow it to the A12.
Take the slip road off to the left sign posted to Malton and B1248
At the A12 bear left and then take the first right onto the A145.
Take the first left onto the B1123 at follow it to for about 4 miles to Halesworth.
Coming in from Norwich.
Get onto the A47 outer Norwich ring road and head for the A146 junction.
A short way down the A146 will be a right turning onto the B1332 signposted for Halesworth and Bungy.
Follow the B1332 for around 10 miles
At the end of the B1332 you will come into Bungy and at the roundabout take a right following the signs for the A144 and Halesworth.
At the next roundabout take a left through Bungy following the signs for Halesworth.
Follow the A144 for about 8 miles to Halesworth.
Coming in from Ipswich.
Get onto the A12 and head northwards for about 19 miles.
Take a left onto the A144 to Halesworth for 4 miles. (The turning to the A144 is a couple of miles after the railway crossing on the A12)
Coming in from Lowestoft.
Get onto the A12 and follow it for about 8 miles and take a right onto the A145 (opposite the Blythburgh lake / river on your right)
From the A145 take the first left onto the B1123 at follow it to for about miles to Halesworth.
Nortique is located in the historic Shambles in the City of York .
York is a simple place to find accessible via all major routes. The A19, A64, A59, A166 & A1079.
Directions for The Decorated Room
The Decorated Room is in Hertford town centre next door to the post office.
Exit the M25 at junction 25 and take the A10 north bound to Hertford. (Hertford is approx 12 miles from the M25).
From the A10 continue straight ahead onto the A414 to Hertford.
Alternatively from the M25 head to the A1(M) or M1 and follow the directions below.
Exit the M11 at junction 8 (junction for Stansted Airport ) if you are coming from the North or junction 7 if you are coming from the South.
Exiting at junction 8 take the A120 and then the A10 south to Hertford.
Exiting at junction 7 follow the directions to Harlow at get onto the A414. Taking this route you will briefly go onto the A10 then back onto the A414 before arriving at Hertford.
Exit the A1(M) at junction 4 if you are coming from the south or junction 7 if you are coming from the north.
Exiting from junction 4 simply take the A414 directly to Hertford.
Exiting from junction 7 at Stevenage either take the A602 then A414 to Hertford or near Watton at Stone take the A119 to Hertford for a slightly shorter route.
From Liverpool Street Station Catch the WAGN service to Hertford East usually from Platforms 4 or 5.
From Kings Cross Station catch the train to Hertford North.
